How sad. Madeleine sold the most beautiful clothes- treating myself at saletime.
Like others, they deducted £45 for an item that I had returned. Similar excuses after 5 emails and 5 phone calls.......refund on it's way!!!!!!!
Must be a way to stop them taking people' money under false pretences.
