Have been buying from Madeleine for years---loved them. Last year I tried to return garment__phoned many times for returns label, to be told --sorry --don't know the reason will do it today but in the end I gave up . Recently received lovely brochures and decided to try again. Today I emailed returns' put in my order number----601558and email address to be told they don't recognise it. I have no other and recognise the old signs of---they aren't going to refund my money. I will never buy from them again and would advise anyone to do the same. Jeannie --Essex.
