Terrible customer service and have no idea about clothing sizes. I even pointed out the manufacturer agreed with me but was told it was 'my opinion' and not fact.
There are so many negative reviews on here and I wish I had read them first. They are not even that cheap as if you look around, other companies sell the items for less and with much better service.
They clearly spend more on pushing themselves on social media than staff or training.
