“Don't order from mainline menswear I literally ordered a jumper a large and they sent me out a Medium saying they couldn't refund me and apparently it's French sizing when it clearly says US M that is not the genuine Lacoste sizing for a large jumper and they tried to say it was correct and tried to have me on”
“Never had a problem with mainline, good quality gear . returned a few items for wrong size , and refunded less postage. They have good sales with bargains. Recommended by me all day long.”

“They used to be good many years ago but they have gone downhill so much. Their photographs don't represent the true image of what the product looks like and they are now banning and closing peoples accounts if you return items. This is disgusting. They must have so many returns it's costing them a fortune. And their clothes are so over priced. I think to shut peoples accounts because you return items is shameful. They have a lot of improvements they could make.”
“Don't you dare miss the 14 day deadline... no cash given back. I went to the post office twice to return - both on Saturday afternoon to be told they were closed. So I had to take some time off to return and it landed a couple of days after too them. Requested some leniency due to this and Eillie in support wouldn't even entertain it.
I won't be doing business with a business who have a shorter return time window than other retailers and have no good will.
Also the jeans I ordered - 4 pairs - same brand and style (Boss) where massively different - a whole size up on two of them...”
“Poor customer services with excessive policies - My parcel went a miss and they told me to wait 6 days which i did. they then said I have to wait a further 30 days now!
Great clothes, but poor policies which benefit Mainline and not the customer.”
“I've ordered a few items over the past couple of years. They've arrived as advertised, with no problems and relatively quickly. Some stuff is a bit pricy, but I always keep an eye on their sales as they do have some good bargains.”
“Item wasn’t delivered to be safely, went missing, this company kept saying just because the GPS showed the delivery in the area that makes it fine, they do not follow consumer law, and pass you off and say get a 3rd party to deal with it?? No replacement or refund AVOID SCAM”
“Never invest money in this! This group will take your money, stop you from returning it, and insist that you keep paying "taxes." Never give them access to your bank account information. They take. They went above and beyond in their service, returning all of my money and prizes in a matter of days.”
“Sent wrong items out, different product to what was advertised so fault lies completely with them as false advertising, they refused to replace as I had to open the packet to take a photo proof that they sent the wrong item, we threatened legal action and they finally backed down after several days and countless emails back and forth. They still charged postage but we’ve wasted far too much time getting the refund so just let that go. Awful company and useless customer service, will never be buying from here again.”

Upon arrival, these are for wearing in bed! Basically other honest stores list them as "HUGO Men's 3 pack of Pyjama T-Shirts"

Paid extra for next day delivery. I live in a block of flats. Driver was let in main door but refused to come to my door to deliver and left with the package. Called customer services who couldn't care less and offered no help other than the email for the complaints department. I emailed them but their policy is obviously to pass the blame and not interested in the customer once they have your money. I asked for a refund of the extra for next day delivery which was a mere £3 but they preferred to lose a customer.
Unbelievable bad service.
