"Charged for returning a faulty item because it was returned with other items purchased off the same order that whilst you might argue were correctly sized fitted poorly.\r\n\r\nCarriage for faulty goods return should not be my responsibility. Why would I return items separately and double my carbon footprint for the return - is carbon footprint not important to Mainline?"

"This company is a SCAM. They will send you out faulty items. Only for you to then pay for the return. This is the way of them making money. Trading standards are looking into this. I ordered XS and I received what seemed like an XL even though it had XS printed. I have uploaded a screenshot. The large vest is the one from mainline menswear. And the other is my own vest which is a size XS. Just look at the difference between the two."
