I returned an item which cost £45 they refunded me £30!! They should be closed down! Do not trust these! Scott’s menswear is so much better sell same clothes and dont get robbed! Also if you use a discount code even if the item says free delivery they will charge you nearly £6 for next day delivery and you WONT receive it the next day. “I ordered an item based on a Google ad. The item had double gold piping. They sent me a shirt with white and gold piping. Now they insist that this is what I ordered and now I'm forced to pay return shipping. They also stated that they do not carry the double gold piping, yet they advertise it on the internet. A clear case of bait and switch. Don't take a chance, go elsewhere for your Fred Perry gear.”

“Been ordering Versace sweatshirts for years and this is the first time I had an issue from Mainline Menswear ...Stitching was sloppy on my Versace sweatshirts... please see picture below.... immediately returned for a full refund.... but the lady tried to tell me that this is the way that the stitching was on this item...evidently she does not know what she's talking about because I am a years-long customer ordering Versace sweatshirts from them... however I did not have a problem getting a refund”
“Ordered a Lacoste jumper as a present for my dad which didn’t fit so returned the item wanting a new one. They returned the same item with marks all over their collar Which weren’t there Before and refused to refund The item due to this. The customer service was absolutely horrendous too. The following morning they emailed me to say that one of the items (a boss polo) was actually out of stock and I should contact them to arrange an alternative or refund. I go online and see the top I ordered for sale on the website only now now at the full price. I speak to customer service who essentially tell me if I want the top I'll have to pay the price difference. After repeated phone calls and text messages they refuse to budge. All I want is the top I have paid for!!! Mainline have come up with some complete bs that it's now new season stock but the 3 pictures of the polo are exactly the same and the title of the item is exactly the same. Other than to repeat the same line of "it's new season stock" no one at Mainline can tell me the difference (because there isn't one). AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY CROOKS!”
