“Sent back an item at the end of December with a value of £180, it didn’t look normal Vivienne Westwood quality. used all correct procedures via Royal Mail tracked. Gave them the tracking number and they denying receiving the item back and won’t issue a refund. Disgraceful company .”

“I will never ever buy from mainline again I did bought a t-shirt and a shirt but didnt get the shirt was emailing and phoning them several times but none back to me after long waiting not good to shop with them no customer service very poor .”

“i order XL jacket and i recived L jacket, when i asked why they answered that its because the size in europe are differet than USA. Doesnt make any sense becouse if i order XL i have to get XL and in top of that if in europe the size are smaller make why they didnt send me XXL but L??? in the invoice there is XL, the plastic bag with the jacket inside say XL, the jacket label is L. Dont buy from them!!!!! they can send anything they want and find no sense excuse”

“Just received a pack of three boss t shirts, very poor quality, the writing is all over the place on chest, obviously they are fake, reall disappointed as I brought from this company as it was advertised on Facebook, why isn’t Facebook vetting who advertises, I’m going to get in touch with trading standards.”

“Order 8432788 Absolute scammers..... Don't waste your money they will send you items not as per description and poor quality and when you try to return they will lie about the most expensive item and say it had an Odour so they don't have to return it... Absolute scammers be ware and only pay using credit card for extra protection from scammers such as mainline menswear. Poor Customer service ... can't get a straight answer from them”

“I have purchased a shirt from mainline menswear a few days before Christmas and paid for next day delivery, 6 days later no shirt and was told there's a disclaimer for the delivery charge so were not refunding you ,customers always right not anymore .”

“***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS BEWARE***** Do NOT buy anything from this company or their website. *************This is a SCAM **************************** The company does not offer any return policy on international shipping. If you order clothes that don't fit, nor match the description online, they make YOU pay the cost of returning the goods. This amount can cost you 50/100/150/200 dollars... to send back clothes that you never keep or own. In addition, their customer service standard is absolutely horrific. Order the same items from other websites that sell the exact same items but offer MUCH better customer service, and more cost effective returns method.”

“Looking at products on their website I was shocked to see multiple customer reviews with exactly the same text. Word for word, even down to the punctuation. Each review purported to be from a different customer. Based on the other reviews below, I have decided not to order from Mainline Menswear as they appear to be poor in all areas.”

“Ordered an XL Psycho Bunny polo, unfortunately Mainline doesn’t use the same sizing. Be very careful with sizing. After trying to call and email Mainline, I’ve decided to give the polo to my son as a gift.”

“Sadly also had the same problem. Doesn’t look like the real thing . They sent it back saying it had a mark on ? The only thing I could see was faulty print. After 2 phone calls Arguing and e mails they finally agreed to refund . Customer support was polite but had to really argue my case. I literally took out of pack, saw it was to small and put straight back. They made out like it had been worn. This really want the case.”

“If I could give 0 star I would this company is the worst company I refound a items and they sent it back to me saying it got mark on it which is a lie cause my son only try it on and they refused to take it back please guys don't buy from them and I think the clothes they selling is fake don't buy from mainline man”

“Sent a shirt back that they had sent wrong size …. They sent it back saying return had expired!!!! Being on holiday don’t count apparently….. I’ve purchased loads off them , never again ! Absolute joke of a company😡😡”

“Poor customer service and cheaper to buy from the manufacturer directly. The most important part when dealing with a company is to have good customer service but Mainline is far from it. Avoid at all costs.”

“FRAUD !!!!!! Do not use this company ever. I paid a lot of money for an order and paid for next day delivery. Order did not arrive and their proof was to say it was signed by the recipient name , impossible as I’m disabled so my wife signs for all delivery. Yet still no. Refund”
