Charged for returning a faulty item because it was returned with other items purchased off the same order that whilst you might argue were correctly sized fitted poorly.
Carriage for faulty goods return should not be my responsibility. Why would I return items separately and double my carbon footprint for the return - is carbon footprint not important to Mainline?
