One of the worst retailers I have dealt with.
Bought my partner a tracksuit in March, my partner didn’t open it til 4 April when his birthday was. The tracksuit looked awful on so returned for a refund
I would not order from here again. Absolutely disgusting with returns! Issued me a credit note(which they still haven’t sent out) instead of refund because of delays with Royal Mail due to Easter. Only 14 days to return an item. (Which is not made clear anywhere unless you actually go to return the item) Don’t buy your gifts too early!
