As a first time customer, I was ordering online. We are a Governmental agency, exempt from Virginia sales tax. The online order was automatically adding sales tax. I called Customer Support, and got the tax removed by sending our Tax Exempt Certificate. The CS rep was able to see our order live, and was of great help in completing the order.
