I wish I could write a good review for Makers Superstore as their pricing is great and I’d love to order more but sadly I did not have a good experience. Despite the claim on their website that orders are despatched in 24-48 hours where possible but 4-5 days in busier times, my order took 7 working days to be despatched. I tried to reach out on various occasions but was either ignored completely or received a generic response which did not actually answer the questions I had raised. I was fine with a delay but just wanted some sort of acknowledgement of my concerns or explanation. I had spent £500 and was beginning to think I had been scammed. Eventually my order was despatched with no apology or explanation as to the delay.
