My purchase of the Brother scan and cut SDX2200D was quick and efficient the delivery arrived on the very next day and I was able to start using the machine straight away. It is a great machine making cutting easy and the built in auto blade means no remembering blade depths which is great. The many built in Disney files are just what I was hoping for and makes crafting fun. Ashka in customer services responded to my email quickly in answer to my question on delivery day and everything went smoothly, thank you Ashka.
