My parcel was damaged in transit and sent back to MandM which were Christmas presents and I can’t get a refund until they have received the item back even after them telling me it’s on there way back to them, I said i didn’t want a refund just my items resent and they’ve said they can’t do it how does it make sense not my fault my stuff was damaged never again
