“Do not buy from this site. You cannot reach a human, only bots. My parcel was never delivered to me, but MandM refuses to refund because "the item hasn't returned to them." How can I return something I never received? If the courier makes a mistake or gives it to the wrong person, your money is gone. Do yourself a favor: pay a bit more and buy directly from the original brands. MandM is not reliable!”

“I bought a couple of items of clothing from this company a week or so before I went on my holidays. The clothes I bought were mainly for my 2 kids. I paid express shipping to arrive at the latest a day before I went.
Sadly the packet didn't arrive till 2 days after I left according to my neighbour as it was just thrown over the gate and left in the heavens of rain.
These clothes are useless to me now as they were mainly for my kids just for the holiday. I had to go and buy them clothes when I arrived out there because of what went on!
This is not the first time either. I didn't bother trying to get a refund the last time but this time it really annoyed me over everything and I tried contacting the customer care which is practically none existent!
The clothes are decent as I have bought a lot of then in the past but this will be the last from me now.”
