“I have always been happy with MandM.. that is, until I had to make a return because the completely wrong order was sent to me. I paid €10.99 to Drop2Shop and it took 19 days for my return to reach MandM. I heard nothing for a further 6 days regarding a refund and only then after I posted a negative review on TrustPilot. My return cost was not refunded which I find unacceptable as it was the company’s mistake. Yes, their prices are great but buyer beware.. returns are an expensive nightmare.”
