Said it was delivered to my address The parcel was not delivered the company did nothing to help I lost my money and no parcel or refund given Awlful customer service , rude and not helpful I would not buy from this company

I bought a pair of trainers and I decided to return it back as the trainers looks far different from the one the advertise it on the website, and I got a return label and I sent it back, at the end I contacted them about my refund and they said the address you sent it to this is not our address so I lost my trainers in between I paid £45 it's all gone, I recommend every body don't buy anything from this company because they items all fake and very different from the picture which they have on the website.

FAQ's and help useless. I've spent an hour trying to get across my problem with, I suspect, a robot. Mandmdirect charge a lot for returns and make it impossible for people confined to home. How hard is it to include a return form with your purchase and arrange payment to activate if needed.

Avoid at all cost, I am over £100 out of pocket over Christmas because they've damaged a parcel in transit, they won't refund whilst they wait for the package to be returned by courier, I never even recievd it to check damage, evri sent it straight back. No presents and no refund over Christmas, what a way to run a business, we used them for years as a big family and will never use again, I will continue to leave negative feedback everywhere untill my money is returned

I ordered some tracksuits from their website and I haven't got my order till today. It has been 15 days now. The shipping company said it was sent back to company. MAndM is denying this and have been telling me to wait since 15 days. They have kept my money and order. I have all evidence and their customer support is very much rude, disappointing and mentally harassing. Dont order from this website ever. MandM - I am now in process of raising this with a solicitor.

I bought XS tracksuit for my partner and the bottoms were way too big! The top was perfect but the bottoms were definitely large! Trying to return them I was being asked to pay over €10 more when the fault wasn’t mine was very annoying! Ended up giving them to a charity shop as it didn’t seem worth it to pay all that money to get the size I asked for! Wouldn’t chance buying anything again! Pity as I would have been a great customer!

Price and delivery great....but just don't ever attempt to send anything back.....live is short and I cannot explain the hassle, stress and inconvenience of attempting to send anything back

Ordered a bag and was just dumped on the path outside my property in the rain for over 7 hours and the company has been no help and now have the hassle of trying to get it returned to them using the same rubbish courier as that is the only option so pays for the courier to treat parcels with no respect as then they get payed twice for returning it as well All the company can suggest is to offer me free delivery on my next order when obviously there will not be another order after the hassle they have caused me so wouldn't buy from them again or recommend them to anyone

Will not refund my return, it has been over a week and they are giving excuses that it has been worn, when I have not tried any of the clothing on. They were all too small without even having to try any of them. They say it was in the T&Cs, but when creating my account and placing an order, I did not agree to any T&Cs, so my consumer rights should still be considered.

Terrible experience. Returned 2 items. Poor customer service. Still waiting for refund. Do not use this company. I've had review taken down from site. I feel they are manipulating review sites, to maximise positive reviews.

Do not use this company. “No Quibble Returns” what a joke. I sent back a parcel, and they refuse to refund me as the item of clothing has been tried on. They claim it’s “been worn”. I have purchased many items over the years and this is the first item I have sent back. It’s disgusting that they are refusing the refund!

I some products and payment was… I bought some products and payment was through Klarna. However, an item within the order was not delivered which mandm direct notified me and informed me refund has been made through Klarna. Despite emails with both parties, with Klarna denying receiving payment and mandm direct otherwise, both parties have denied any responsibility and up till now I have not received any refund. I will advise never to deal with irresponsible retailers and intermediaries

I had bought a jacket for my husband which was to big i tetured it when i didnt get the miney refunded i emailed them they said that i had sent through some metal which i certainly did not “Rubbish customer service do not shop with this company returns do not get refunded if the parcel does not arrive back even with parcel labelled they had provided and sent correctly it’s my fault not the Parcel shop I dropped it off to.

Promised Christmas presents delivered via courier by 21st December. Made me wait in all evening 21st, 22nd, 23rd December and still not here. Unprofessional and unhelpful emails and online chat. Make sure you use paypal for refunds as they will refuse to refund or cancel.

SCAM!! I returned the order using the label tehy sent and i paid for. emails querying refund not answered, when i called they advised i had to wait 2 weeks, after 2 weeks still no refund, i gave them the receipt, tracking, date, time, shop it was returned to, but they said goods got lost and they won’t refund or assist further. I can’t speak to manager as they won’t put me through (they said they will call back which - guess what, didn’t happen), and any response from customer service is now we won’t assist further. My case is now with Cdrl and i’m seeking help from other organisations - but save yourself the trouble. Clothes arent that great either, that’s why i returned them.

SCAM! I returned goods over £200 and provided evidence of the return but they refused to refund, case is now with cdrl, save yourself trouble, shop elsewhere, I regret ever clicking in this site! Impossible to even speak to manager, managers avoid facing customers.

The website is good and so are the prices but it's a shame they use Evri/Hermes for their deliveries. Time and time again this delivery company has been voted worst busines in the UK but MandM still use them..... why ??? I suppose its down to price, I would much rather pay for delivery that have it free from this joke of a company. I made an order on the 29th August for next day delivery, its been delayed time and time again by hermes/evri and despite multiple emails of reassurance from MandM customer services saying they will resend my items I have still not got anything ************* Edit: *************** I have been in contact with you every day for almost 2 weeks now !! Your customer services team keep saying they will be in touch but never are !!! Hermes/Evri have my parcel, they havnt even attempted to deliver it, they sent me 2 texts saying delivery failed on both the 8th and 10th September , I have a full cctv system plus ring door bell, no one came to my house so this is a blatant lie, Evri/Hermes have always and always will be the most useless and deceitful delivery service and are a disgrace to their profesion. Both you and Evri are virtually impossible to contact, you do have an email but that way you can decide when to reply, as for Evri the only contact for them is a automated bot that just tracks your parcel and that's it. I have literally wasted whole days of my life just trying to find out where my t-shirts are , it's absolutely rediculous If you want to actually make an attempt to make this right then here is my order number #51A63AH I can tell you one thing though, I found all the same items on Amazon for less money and next day delivery, so after 22 years ordering from you I will now make it my life's passion to tell everyone I can to avoid MandM direct and Evri at all costs just down to the way I have been treated.

They sold me trainers that slip down at the back whenever I walk (heel slippage). They have virtually no customer service. No phone staff. They expect customers who received faulty goods to pay return postage in direct violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Avoid these charlatans like you would avoid dog dirt on the pavement.

I'm not happy with service usually I get good service but this time not your friends evri send my parcel to wrong address I got proof instead you guys sending to flat 2 Mill house you send to flat 2 barn house and my door colour white not purple and I went to there no one opening the door
