“SCAM!! I returned the order using the label tehy sent and i paid for. emails querying refund not answered, when i called they advised i had to wait 2 weeks, after 2 weeks still no refund, i gave them the receipt, tracking, date, time, shop it was returned to, but they said goods got lost and they won’t refund or assist further. I can’t speak to manager as they won’t put me through (they said they will call back which - guess what, didn’t happen), and any response from customer service is now we won’t assist further.
My case is now with Cdrl and i’m seeking help from other organisations - but save yourself the trouble. Clothes arent that great either, that’s why i returned them.”

Time and time again this delivery company has been voted worst busines in the UK but MandM still use them..... why ??? I suppose its down to price, I would much rather pay for delivery that have it free from this joke of a company.
I made an order on the 29th August for next day delivery, its been delayed time and time again by hermes/evri and despite multiple emails of reassurance from MandM customer services saying they will resend my items I have still not got anything

Hermes/Evri have my parcel, they havnt even attempted to deliver it, they sent me 2 texts saying delivery failed on both the 8th and 10th September , I have a full cctv system plus ring door bell, no one came to my house so this is a blatant lie, Evri/Hermes have always and always will be the most useless and deceitful delivery service and are a disgrace to their profesion.
Both you and Evri are virtually impossible to contact, you do have an email but that way you can decide when to reply, as for Evri the only contact for them is a automated bot that just tracks your parcel and that's it.
I have literally wasted whole days of my life just trying to find out where my t-shirts are , it's absolutely rediculous

“I returned few items via Hermes drop off. Instead of using 2 parcels I ended up using 1 parcel to return, by mistake, as I assumed right thing to do being it all part of single order, and that's how it was delivered too.
I returned items in April, but I chased them on August as I still didn't receive any refund.
I can relate with other customers who are saying 'NO CUSTOMER CARE...NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS'.
After chasing for 10 days, they refunded money just for 1 item returned, and rejected to refund for other 11 items. I don't trust that they have refunded any money for any items I've returned in the past.
It was so frustrating experience dealing with their customer service, which don't care about customer at all. Refund money never received for rest of items, and never buying again from them. Poor customer service, better to stay away.”

“Bought Onfire Mens Straight Fit Jeans Rinse Wash. Not sure what these were coated in but they stank to high heaven! Washed three times in washing machine with white vinegar and bicarb of soda and even my machine smelled afterwards! Paid for returns label but was not included in package. Not fit for use, so taken up the tip without even wearing! This is not the first time I have had problems with MandM - wrongly labelled apparel, t-shirts that don't last 1 wash, boots that are two sizes bigger than stated and attitude from customer services. Never mind the cheap prices you will ultimately be disappointed by this rip-off tuppence company!! Shockingly poor!!”

As I have failed to get a response from your customer services team to my last three emails – the first was sent 4 weeks ago - and as your customer services telephone lines are shut, I now see no other way than contacting you directly as the CEO of the company. To say I’m disappointed in the lack of communication is an understatement, and whilst I appreciate the pandemic has meant delays in responses, a four week delay is unacceptable.
I have now had an unusable pair of walking shoes for over a month, and as I purchased these from you, I expect you to take the lack of quality up with Berghaus. In the meantime, I am asking for either a refund or a replacement pair.
I trust you will be able to move matters along – the string of emails below explain the problem.
UPDATE 20 MAY 2021: now six weeks and still no response.”
“Bad quality items, bad material, not true to size and then surprise you go to return them and costs more then the item purchased, €10.50, so you have no choice but to be stuck with items. To make matters worse you are only able to return if you generate a return slip on the site which is ridiculously expensive.
