Ich gehe davon aus das MandM hier in Deutschland sĂ€mtliche Verbraucherrechte miĂachtet, ja ganz klar ignoriert und dagegen verstöĂt. Ich habe die Verbraucherzentrale eingeschaltet und werde das Verbraucherministerium weiterhin informieren.
Ich habe ein Paar Schuhe von PUMA bei dieser Firma im Sale Anfang Januar 25 gekauft. Der Preis war gut und ich dachte nichts schlechtes. Ich trage SchuhgröĂe 45, bei Fussballschuhen nehme ich immer 2 GröĂen gröĂer, habe also die SchuhgröĂe 47(12) bestellt. Diese SchuhgröĂe passt immer, trage ich auch.
Die Ware kam bei mir dann an, aber das war keine GröĂe 47 sondernd kleiner als meine GröĂe 45, wahrscheinlich die GröĂe 44. Ganz ausdrĂŒcklich wurde das falsch verpackt.
Ich habe mich dann auf die Suche nach Ansprechpartner begeben. Es gibt kein Deutsches Impressum, es gibt keinen in Deutschland verantwortlichen juristischen Vertreter, es gibt keinen Deutschen Firmensitz, eigentlich gibt es gar nichts.
Genau deshalb machen die was die wollen und ignorieren unsere Verbraucherrechte.
Ich habe dann eine Email Adresse gefunden, den Sachverhalt dort vorgetragen, mir wurde ausdrĂŒcklich gesagt die machen gar nichts. Die Bearbeiterin war Ă€uĂerst unhöflich in ihrer ganzen Schreibart, ekelhaft. Die schrieb tatsĂ€chlich dass das meine Schuld sei, ich mĂŒsse doch wissen was ich zu bestellen habe. Ich empfand die Ekelperson als widerlich als ich das laĂ.
Ich musste dann schlussendlich aus eigener Tasche 6,99 RĂŒckporto bezahlen fĂŒr Fehler die diese Firma begangen hatte, fĂŒhlte mich regelrecht erpresst. Es ist bei dieser Firma MandM keinerlei Einsehen da, kein Service, keine Lösungssuche nichts vorhanden was ich als positiv bewerten wĂŒrde, daher gibt es von mir nur eine ganz ausdrĂŒcklich schlechte Bewertung, die in meinem Fall ausdrĂŒcklich gerechtfertigt ist. Im Ăbrigen alles nachweisbar, mit Fotomaterial, Schriftverkehr ect.
Die ĂŒberall gĂ€ngigen positiven Bewertungen dieser Firma sind ausdrĂŒcklich K I generiert, auf keinen Fall echt. Ich glaube denen kein Wort!
Ich kann dieses Unternehmen MandM auf keinen Fall empfehlen und rate ausdrĂŒcklich davon ab.”

“I had subscribed to their annual express delivery as I was hoping to save money on delivery over the year but when I placed an order, I didn't get my delivery. When I contacted M and M, I waas told that my order had been lost and they refunded the money and nothing else. They then told me that if I still wanted my order I would have to place the order again. Luckily the item was still in stock in the size that I needed so I place the order again and notified customer services of my new order number in the hope that a bit more care would be taken with this order...especially since I had paid for the express delivery (and it was far from express at this point).
You wouldn't believe me but come delivery day, there's still no delivery! Checked tracking with Evri and it stated that they have yet to receive anything from M and M! Was this a joke?! Unfortunately not. I contacted them and felt fobbed off with a lie. This time, there was a problem with my delivery note apparently. So they refunded me. Again!
So after almost a week and a half, I'm left without my order on what was supposed to be an express delivery. No thanks! I'm taking my custom elsewhere...”

Mandmdirect charge a lot for returns and make it impossible for people confined to home.
How hard is it to include a return form with your purchase and arrange payment to activate if needed.”
“Avoid at all cost, I am over ÂŁ100 out of pocket over Christmas because they've damaged a parcel in transit, they won't refund whilst they wait for the package to be returned by courier, I never even recievd it to check damage, evri sent it straight back. No presents and no refund over Christmas, what a way to run a business, we used them for years as a big family and will never use again, I will continue to leave negative feedback everywhere untill my money is returned”

Trying to return them I was being asked to pay over âŹ10 more when the fault wasnât mine was very annoying! “Ordered a bag and was just dumped on the path outside my property in the rain for over 7 hours and the company has been no help and now have the hassle of trying to get it returned to them using the same rubbish courier as that is the only option so pays for the courier to treat parcels with no respect as then they get payed twice for returning it as well
All the company can suggest is to offer me free delivery on my next order when obviously there will not be another order after the hassle they have caused me so wouldn't buy from them again or recommend them to anyone”
