I made a next day delivery order on MandM Direct two days ago and I have had no correspondence from them with the whereabouts of my parcel. I tried contacting them on social media and I am yet to receive a reply. Just avoid this company, the service just isn't worth the time or stress. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
