Went to the McDonald's at 9251 E Shea Blvd Scottsdale AZ 85258 today November 11th for the Veteran's Day Special which was a free combo breakfast or lunch meal and drink. The lady at the counter did not know about the special and asked the manager. She said we don't do that. Showed her on google how McDonald's was offering this special. She said it stated Participating locations and again said we don't do that. Not very professional or polite. Could have easily said we are sorry but we are not offering this promotion at this location. Will not go to this location again. Went to the location at 9140 E Talking Stick Way Scottsdale AZ 85250 store # 11120 and they honored this offer and were very pleasant and professional. Richard L Kaiser richardlkaiser@gmail.com
