“I asked for veggie burger and I was told don’t do it anymore but was told there’s-replacement veggie burger and I did ask if it was plant based and I was told it was vegetable pressed down.When reached home and opened the box it was plant based he should just said yes. If he said to me whrn I asked I would ordered something else instead coming home to just put in the bin.”

“I ordered 2 fish sandwiches, they were very dry, not very warm and very little tartar sauce, not all McDonalds are bad, I just picked the wrong one, they did call me and gave me a code for a free meal but the code didn't work, I almost expected it not too.”

“don,t like the new design , no more people taking orders , and not having a soda stand or place to get your napkins straws saly pepper kechup . prices are high with less people working there food was delieverd cold and drinks spilled over our fries. That's what higher min wages gets you”

“I'm always seeing bad or negative reviews for McDonald's, but that's because it's the McDonald's that they are going to. The McDonald's on cermak road and Ridgeland in Berwyn IL is the BEST McDonald's ever!! The Manager Magali runs a tight ship cause when she works, everyone is happy. She does a little of everything, but let's not forget the employees that are amazing also and that Includes, Aerial, Pedro, Jermaine, Cathy (Coco channel), Leslie, Emily and the cleaning crew there. There's never a dirty table!! All the employees are awesome at this McDonald's, so congratulations on hiring the best team around!!! Keep up the fantastic work!!! I truly hope that these employees are recognized for their outstanding work!!”

“I have always loved McDonald's! I am almost 52 years old and I loved the 80's McDonald's! The dollsr menu, so the people could afford to eat, some can afford the dollsr menu that need it, and bring back the 80s McDonald's please. The hot side, cold side burgers, the hot pies, salads and HAPPY meals from the 80's, the playland from 80's and ice cream too, dipped in cherry and chocolate. I love McDonald's!!! My favorite restaurant ever forever. Also those Ronald McDonald plastic kid gloves in HAPPY meals, toys, retro and boxes retro, so much fun for kids, thanks!!!”

“I ordered a McFillet of Fish. The fish did not taste like fish...the tarter sauce was mayonnaise and the cheese slice was less than a quarter of the fish. The cheese was as if there was none. I was so disappointed that I will never get another one. I also had to wait for it since they do not have many on hand at the drive thru, which I dont mind...but I must have gotten someone else's as it had mustard on it! I hate mustard...and it never comes with mustard unless someone specifically asks for it. I could not even eat it! With the cost I paid I was more than disappointed! Never again!!!!”

“They didn’t let me know that the ice machine wasn’t working and they gave me a warm coke. And the burger was all soggy with to much mayonnaise and sauce. There was another time my husband bought an Angus burger and he only got the meat patty and no salad. I’m sorry to say but McDonald’s is not what it used to be”

“I meet with friends a number of times a week for Coffee at the Mac Donalds Omega Boulevard Warrington . The staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant and toilets are spotless , I can’t praise the staff and service enough .”

“hello today went with my family at McDonald moka we were unable to do with the apication on Mobile which we have a free burger along with the menu when we ask for help the staff was rude and when we ask for the manager same as the staff no manner at all they are very rude they need to do training you really need to reviews yr customer service”
