“I was picking up an order from McDonald's Bear Delaware staff members we're helping each other which was a delight to see considering how the customer service is not that well in other McDonald's but this one was exceptional the lady acknowledged me and let me know it would be a minute for me to pick up my order which I appreciate it plus she was moving so fast trying to help everybody at one time I believe her name was Aisha I can't remember but it was around 2:00 yesterday afternoon 7/20”

“I gave a bad review for the McDonald's for messing up my order and today I deleted it. I ordered my usual and coffee is included with cream and sugar but it showed as I ordered it black. Well the girls working new I always get it with cream and sugar so before giving it to me she asked. Thank you for great service. The day my order was messed up was not the usual group working and that is probably how my order got messed up. I thought they didn't pay attention to things but clearly they do. Great job.”

“by a man who should’ve gone home hungry the neon M flickered like it knew it had no business being this proud. inside, the air smelled like tired oil and teenage indifference. a kid with acne like bullet holes asked what I wanted like I was interrupting his dream of anywhere else. I said, “Big Mac. No onions. Coke. Large fries.” like it mattered. the meat tasted like regret pressed flat under the weight of forgotten ambition. the bun was soft like the lies we tell ourselves when we say this is the last time. fries were golden in the same way dying sunlight is golden before it disappears. I ate in my car. watched a couple fight in the drive-thru line— God’s theater, performed nightly under sodium lights. nothing fills you up at McDonald’s. you chew, you swallow, you go home emptier than you arrived. still, I’ll be back tomorrow. five stars.”

“Here in Wind Gap, PA, there’s a front end worker named GRACE. She took my order, I customized pretty much all of it and then she read it back to me, it ALL arrived hot and fresh! 🎯 We haven’t dined at this location for years. And the experience was amazing. You’re priceless, young lady, keep up the great attitude, attention to detail and you’ll go far. 👍”

“Exceptional Customer Service by Prasanna – McDonald’s ECR Palavakkam Dear McDonald’s Team, I am writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Prasanna at your ECR Palavakkam location. At around 9:45 PM, I walked into McDonald’s, and despite it being late at night, Prasanna greeted me with a warm smile and took my order with such enthusiasm. Over the past 10 years of visiting McDonald’s in India, I have never come across an employee who genuinely enjoys their job as much as Prasanna does. His positivity and energy were truly refreshing. The smile he carried while serving was everything, it made the experience memorable and showed his passion for customer service. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but also spreads happiness while doing it. Even at the end of a long shift, he continued to serve with the same level of dedication, which is highly commendable. I sincerely hope McDonald’s ECR Palavakkam recognizes Prasanna for his fabulous service. He truly deserves the Best Employee of the Month/Year award. Employees like him set a great example and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Thank you Prasanna and I wish him all the best in his career and hope to see him grow within the brand, perhaps even as a manager one day! “The location I love to visit in the morning is on West University Avenue, Gainesville FL, where the people are friendly, helpful, hard working, accurate, and work together well even on special orders. I am talking about the morning crew. They are awesome! The restaurant is always clean when my husband and I come in to eat. Nice music, and I love the team. Clarence, added special items for my oatmeal. What a nice gesture. I do not know all their names. I love visiting this location in the morning.”

“Went to Great North McDonalds in Benoni at around 20hrs and was served by Meisi Mokgwadi. Honestly, the service at this McDonalds is exhilarating, out of this world I should admit. As a traveler who’s been to so many McDonalds both in the country and outside SA, Meisi's outstanding service deserves a shout out. She was polite and offered serving options with a smile. I enjoyed her swift service till our parting. I hope the management team acknowledges such employees as these are the kinds that create chrishable moments for customers at McDonalds.
