“The location at 3143 Emerson st Jacksonville, fl 32207 lately has been of my best experiences at McDonald’s ever. The night window attendant, Michael who I believe is a manager and if they aren’t they should be has provided the best customer service I’ve seen from a McDonald’s in a long time. Very friendly professional and welcoming demeanor.”

“Great food great staff. Been visiting for 10 months to Tallahassee fl Northside .Come here alot way better than Wendy's. Food always fresh. I'll wait for that. Wendy's not as fresh. They give adequate amount of sauces for my 8.29 meal. Place is clean.”

“I was at this location this morning on my way to work and I was taken care of by Roxanne, I was genuinely in shock with how fast she moved and yet while also being extremely polite. She made coffee so fast it was like she could do it in her sleep!! I was genuinely stunned. I only wish Starbucks would hire her. I hope she is recognized for her hard work and kindness!”

“Mcdonalds knows me at this point. You can never go wrong with a happy meal from Mcdonalds. I like how they always know how to make me happy. I loved the staff, although they were slow. I tend to forget about it once I eat the food. The deserts are okay. I prefer their meals. You can never go wrong with some chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce. 10/10.”
