“I haven't been to McDonald's in a year. I just had 15 minutes to get something to eat. McDonald's or White Castle was my 2 quick choices. I went to McDonald's and the food is HORRIBLE! What happened to the little onions that used to be on cheeseburgers??? The burger by itself in all is just nasty?? Oh my word what kind of meat are you using or not using?! The coca cola tastes like bleach! Remember when Mcdonals coca cola drinks were like so good they were almost addicting. I JUST WASTED MY MONEY! DO NOT GO TO THE MCDONALD'S IN LEBANON INDIANA! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THE MCDONALD'S IN LEBANON INDIANA. The last I heard they have new owners. If that's true they are WORSE than a year or so ago!!!!!”

“I went to McDonald's in Witbank Downtown the one which is next to Betta bets, I ordered a triple cheese burger meal. After ordering I paid with R200 she didn't explain that she doesn't have change, instead she called the supervisor or manager to come and void my order. Then told me she doesn't have R100 notes, is it my responsibility to go and ask for a change. It's the 25th obvious most people got paid is McDonald's going to chase customers away because they don't have change.”

“Today me and my family went to the Mcdonald’s in Petersfield we ordered a meal for everyone and they failed to bring a burger which was clearly on the receipt and then we ordered Mcflurry’s and when i went up to ask for more sauce as there was none in there they proceeded to add more biscoff crumbs instead of the sauce. I didn’t realise some people were so incompetent!!!”

“I agree with all the comments below. Pricing is out of control. Ordered two fish sandwichs and a small fries and paid over $14. Was also charged 69 cents for tap water. Never again ever! Sometimes large companies make bad decisions are now gone Remember Bennigan's, Quisno's, Sbarro's, Howard Johnsons, Chi Chi's, etc, etc”

“Mcdonald's on Bartlett in Evansville indiana. Horrible unprofessional employees and manager Carla. Flipped off customers. Gave out frozen chicken nuggets. Called corporate and no response. Called owner Ivan at 18448759774 just fir it to be third party service in Africa to take complaint and still no response”

“McDonald's is beginning to get too expensive for what you actually get. Foods usually Luke warm, the cappuccino is never filled to the mark and often that's not very warm. The app hardly ever works and there is no point in saving bonus points anymore as you will need to spend quite a lot to get enough points to get what you want in the time scale given before they expire.”

“I asked for veggie burger and I was told don’t do it anymore but was told there’s-replacement veggie burger and I did ask if it was plant based and I was told it was vegetable pressed down.When reached home and opened the box it was plant based he should just said yes. If he said to me whrn I asked I would ordered something else instead coming home to just put in the bin.”

“don,t like the new design , no more people taking orders , and not having a soda stand or place to get your napkins straws saly pepper kechup . prices are high with less people working there food was delieverd cold and drinks spilled over our fries. That's what higher min wages gets you”
