“McDonald’s overcharged me. I had a coupon. BOGO which they claim the honor but then they charge me for two items. After multiple contacts and directions they kept putting me off and did not in any way honor their obligation to correct this overcharge.”

“Wrong delivery Went to the restaurant, manager aggressive Still shouted at me leaving the restaurant whilst I was trying to say I’m not rude to anyone . He kept shouting non stop. He’s a manager . Seemed to want an argument. Replaced food , poor and cold Will not use them again”

“The McDonald's at 17850 NW 57th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33015, consistently falls short in terms of service quality. It’s incredibly frustrating that their ice cream machine is frequently out of order, likely to avoid the inconvenience of cleaning it. Furthermore, the wait times are unacceptably long, detracting from the overall experience. I sincerely hope they can address these issues and enhance their service soon.”

“The burgers in Britain are disgusting now, not edible. I spit it out when I try to eat eat, I always loved the burgers from mcdonalds. But now the burgers are the most disgusting thing that I have ever tasted. I'm not going back unless they got back to the way the burgers used to be, edible and delicious... Not inedible and truly revolting.”

“They didn't give me my sundae because they "couldn't serve me because it had been 15 minutes after I had ordered," which is probably one of the stupidest policies I have ever heard! If I could give them 0 stars I would this is the worst experience I've ever had at and establishment!🤬”
