“I give them minus zero. They sent wrong order by DoorDash. Then when I took back the wrong food and made new order they couldn’t get that right. Pickle on sandwich which I put none which ruined sandwich and didn’t even have the two apple pies only one had to have pumpkin pie which is awful. Don’t order from McDonald’s with DoorDash in Hagerstown.”

“I ordered through the McDonalds app and a burger was missing when it got delivered. It's impossible to get this resolved. I tried the virtual assistant but it kept crashing. I rang the restaurant and they gave me the number of an Uber support line. I rang that line and they said they couldn't help me and I'd have to ring McDonalds. I rang McDonalds back and was told I would have to drive to the restaurant to collect the burger which I'd paid for the delivery of. They then gave me another number of head office. I rang that and they said I'd have to ring a different Uber number. I rang that and they said I have to go through their app. I went on that and they finally agreed to give me a refund. £2.97 refund for a missing £6.89 burger. When I queried that, they pasted some default text about it being McDonalds fault then refused to talk to me. It's ridiculous that I have to now pursue a refund through my credit card provider rather than the restaurant just correcting their mistake.”

“Yesterday I went to McDonald's and my stomach hurt a little. I sat for a while. A female manager came up to me and said, "You can't be here." I asked her why you haven't eaten anything. If you don't go, I'll go to the police station. I told her, "Yes, I'm just sitting here." I replied, "Call the police and I'll bring my lawyer tomorrow." She left me alone. “6126 Oxon Hill Maryland I experienced racism. I called and asked if they were hiring she told me to come down and I did and when I got there only Hispanics was In there and the cashier asked me what I wanted and I told her I was there for an interview then she went to the back whispering to another employee and then the manager came to me and said well I can't do the Interview right now I'm busy helping but I can see u in an hour or so. I looked around and already knew what time it was. My skin didn't allow me in. Ok so u loss my business of 15 years..thanks”

“today I was double billed on one single order that was all wrong and when I contacted them they are refusing to give me one of the refunds stating they cant well you had no problem taking two one for 23 and one for 17 I hope other people read this and be careful double check your accounts and make sure they dont take more than the order should be”

“Food was cold and coffee was tasteless like drinking hot water not even that I ask for a cappuccino and got a latte and they heated up so hot I couldn’t end up drinking eat for at least 30 min and burnt my mouth on it. Obviously no one cares or know how to make coffee apart from a instant one from a jug and needs training asap”

“Everytime I go lately they screwed up . 1st time they left me at curb side for 40min for a frappe n I would of waited longer if I didn't call from the car. Last night I ordered my son went to pick it up n they couldn't find my order my son had to come home n get me. I went there with the receipt on my phone showing I ordered it n paid for it. It is always something at this location”
