“We Ordered a grimace egg they said they could bring one out then brought a random happy meal. Staff lied to us twice then struggled to give us our money back and the grimace egg only comes with an adults meal.”

“This McDonald's at 4000 Powder Mill Rd in Beltsville MD needs to improve their customer service especially the MGR that was on duty, rude no smiles no thank you nothing but sour faces, I have worked in fast food all of my life and I have always have had the pleasure of being very helpful to customer's even though they appear to be having a bad day, I've always tried to make the customers day better for them, please improve your customer service, make someone's day, do better....”

“Every time I go to McDonald's on upper court st Binghamton it doesn't matter how many cars are in drive thru they always pull u up so it doesn't count against there drive thru time this is ridiculous I'll b sitting waiting for 20 minutes at a time this needs to b addressed they make there drive thru time look great but the customer suffers smh”

“"I recently visited McDonald's and had a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets but only received 16. On top of that, I ordered a wrap with everything except mayo, and they completely messed it up! I only got chicken and lettuce—no bacon at all. It’s frustrating when you’re looking forward to a meal and it doesn’t come as expected. Definitely not happy with my order this time!!”

“I had ordered a sausage & egg biscuit sandwich cuz i had been craving one. I got to work, & when i opened it up, it was a bacon & cheese on english muffin. Besides the fact that they f'd up my order, there was only 1 piece of bacon. Not 1 whole slice, 1/2 of 1 slice of bacon, thats it. So, it was mainly a egg & cheese sandwich; which is the last thing on earth id ever order. It just wouldve been nice if they wouldve given me what i wanted & ordered, cuz it started my day off kinda crappy.”

“Everytime I go to Pea Ridge McDonald’s if manager Cheyenne is managing I always have to pull forward and wait for my food. There’s no apology for the wait it’s just we are waiting for whatever I order I need you to pull forward or to spot whatever. I understand the wait sometimes but not everytime she is managing.”

“recently tried the new Mac Veg Burger introduced in Brampton, Ontario, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The burger lacked any real flavor, leaving me wondering if I was eating cardboard. The texture was off, and the overall experience was underwhelming. It's definitely not worth the hype or the price. I was expecting a tasty, satisfying veggie burger, but instead, I got something tasteless and forgettable. Definitely not something I'd recommend.”
