They refuse to take your money after you sit in drive thru and wait 15 minutes. Very rude when telling me they couldn't accept a $50 bill, unless I wanted to make my total higher. What difference does it make. Either you can take it or not. Simple. Called to speak with the GM and she was no better than the drive thru. Very very rude. Guess my money isn't good enough for them. I will never go back there. I will also be contacting corporate office.

Missing my medium fries and the nuggets were old, cold and stale. I gave to my dogs. Tried to upload a picture but the app wouldn't upload.

Went to chirk McDonald on the 25th May on our way home from South Wales at 20 :45 we placed our order through the drive thru.my order of twenty chicken nuggets , one big Mac meal deal ,and one crispy chicken meal deal we where asked to go and park in the waiting bay and waited for about one hour asked staff who where delivering food about our order to which they said they will check on it in the end I went in and asked staff about my order as every car behind me had there food order. to which came their reply we are cooking your fries now and went behind the screen and then sent someone else out with my order no apologies what so ever it wasn't that busy and our chicken nuggets and bud Mac and crispy were all cold the only thing that where hot was the fries

What went wrong was the fact that this franchise is letting homeless people sleep where people seat and eat on the couch. Disgusting and disrespectful. Who knows what any communicable diseases this person might have. STORE# 22279 Montebello,New York. Route 59.

6904 FM 1960 E This place has the worst customer service ever. The girl at the front counter have a very nasty attitude and are races. All I had was a soft drink and it took them 20 minutes to hand me it. Ugh

I had ordered a combo with burger, fries and a drink. The burger had a wee bit of sauce and a very thin patty. The fries weren't even crispy . Our neighbourhood bhaiya makes better burger then this. The food deserves 1/10...pathetic!!!

I ordered last month (March) from McDonald's the order was terrible so, I complained about it, was told I was going to get a refund and I am still waiting for the refund. Uber eats support just ignores you and when you email them it says they didn't get the message🤔

Store #7386 is not customer friendly at the 1st window on the drive thru. Apparently you select the least friendly person for the staff that should greet the customer. Never make eye contact or thank the customer. They usually look like they hate their job. It is easy to simply smile and say thank you have a nice day. I mentioned more than once to management but they also are not friendly. However the people at the 2nd window are the complete opposite usually friendly and nice. You must remember you have a chance to determine how the customer will think about your service.

Disappointed by Inconsistent 24-Hour Service After finishing a late shift at 1:30 a.m., I was looking forward to a quick meal from the McDonald's on Monterey Ave, which advertises 24-hour service. However, upon arrival, I found the location closed. This isn't the first time—two weeks ago, I encountered the same issue and left a review expressing my concerns. If a restaurant promotes 24-hour availability, customers should be able to rely on that promise. It's frustrating to plan a visit based on advertised hours only to find the doors closed. I hope McDonald's addresses this inconsistency to better serve its late-night patrons.

Left without getting my order. I dont think its worth my time to wait for a fast food order more than five minutes. Its just a single order of fillet of fish meal. Workers are very noncalant to queries. Not visiting one anytime soon I think.
