Went to McDonald’s in amory ms we ordered 2 double cheeseburgers only ketchup and pickles get home they put onions on it the employees need to be working and paying attention instead of hanging their heads out of the drive-through window vaping and then when you called the manager, she act like she don’t care they need to do better

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at your Livingston branch on March 14th around 8 pm. After a long journey with my children, I ordered six meals, paid in full, and was told the wait time would be 10 minutes. I raised concerns with the staff, and a manager assured me it would be no longer than five minutes, but the wait continued beyond that. When I collected the order, it was incomplete—missing a burger, fries, and drinks. I called the store, but was only told I would receive a refund when I was in the area. No apology was offered. The drinks were also flat and unpalatable. When I called again, the supervisor was dismissive and refused to give her name or take responsibility. I request: A full refund, as promised, without requiring me to come to the store. A formal apology from the managers for their rude and unprofessional behavior. Until these issues are resolved, I will not return to McDonald’s, and I will leave this review up. It’s disheartening that a global brand could fail to provide basic customer service, especially in my own country. I hope this matter is addressed promptly.

This will be my last visit to any McDonalds , a single sausage egg McMuffin cost almost 5$ , no way I’m paying that price for cheap food .insane

We asked for no onions and they put onions on it and now she has to pull it off. She hates and the fries are too salty.

I went into the branch at Bryant ave Romford for the second time and they messed up my order again ! I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin and got given a bacon egg McMuffin.. twice !! Never going back !!!

Gross gross I don’t get how hard is it to make a chicken sandwich I ordered 3 only got 2 they were made horribly. I will never eat there again.

$27 for one large and one small 6 nugget meal. I will not buy food from here again as it is way too expensive now for the little you get!

I just bought a sausage McGriddle and a hash brown, and I have to say, the McGriddle had no taste of the usual sweetness and the hash brown had a strange after taste to it. What happened to McDonald’s? I don’t understand why you’re sacrificing good taste. 😞😞😞 I guess I’ll start making my own breakfast.😞

I ordered a simple cheeseburger with no cheese and when I looked at the burger it had cheese. I was really disappointed and upset so I turned back to ask why they put cheese on my cheeseburger and I asked if I could get a new one but they said and even I talked to the manger but they said they really could do nothing abt it but at least I got my refund

Ordered food at McDonald’s Newton Aycliffe this lunchtime and couldn’t find any salt sachets. When I asked for some they said they had run out and hadn’t got any!!!! Can’t believe that a McDonalds restaurant can not provide salt for your meal! This brand is going down the pan!!!

I ordered McDonald's last night. First of all i needed to wait like 20 min for my food at the drive through. And the we ordered 3 Chilli cheese tenders and didnt recieve jalapenos. We also ordered ×2 10 piece nuggets and only recieved one. I already phoned McDonald's Pretoria Northand im still waiting for feed back. Im getting impattient.

I visited the McDonald's next to Boon Keng MRT (S330022) around 10:50 AM today to buy an ice cream for my child. Due to the crowd, I politely asked a tall Malay male staff member in charge if I could be prioritized since I was only ordering one ice cream. His response was a firm "no," delivered in a harsh and unfriendly tone. I complied and waited as instructed. While I understand the need to follow the queue during busy times, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of flexibility. I waited 30 minutes for a single ice cream. Even worse, my order number was already first in line, but the Malay staff member at the counter still ignored it until I reminded her. Her attitude was appalling—she glared at me with hostility when I raised the issue. Additionally, I observed the Malay male supervisor treating other customers differently, which further upset me. His service attitude was unacceptable for a management role—no smile, loud and rigid tone, and zero empathy. In contrast, staff at other McDonald's outlets often check on families with waiting children, especially for simple orders like ice cream. He can ask me why did I ask to get the ice cream first? Then I will let him know my child had just participated in a government-organized performance at the MRT station and was already exhausted and feeling hot. We just wanted to buy an ice cream and leave quickly. But the manager didn’t even bother to ask or understand the situation—he just immediately refused. I believe that, no matter what, he should have at least asked for the reason. That is the most basic level of good service. This was a terrible experience, and I will share this feedback on public platforms to highlight the poor service standards. Urgent staff training is needed to address such unprofessional behavior. Thank you for your attention. Additionally, I would like to know how such complaints are usually handled. At the end, when I asked him for a feedback form, he showed no good attitude at all. He simply responded in an assertive and almost dismissive manner, saying, "You can give feedback through the app," without any sense of professionalism or courtesy. If our feedback has no impact or isn’t taken seriously, then what is the point of having such a system in place?
