The McDonald's at 17850 NW 57th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33015, consistently falls short in terms of service quality. It’s incredibly frustrating that their ice cream machine is frequently out of order, likely to avoid the inconvenience of cleaning it. Furthermore, the wait times are unacceptably long, detracting from the overall experience. I sincerely hope they can address these issues and enhance their service soon.
