My husband and I frequent McD for breakfast, once in a while lunch. This is the McD on 231 South in Crawfordsville, In. The service has become poor. The order are wrong 4 times out of 5. They have removed the napkins from eating area, the salt, pepper , and sugar Ice has not worked in one of the soda machines for at least 4 months. When we order breakfast, my husband ordered oatmeal. We ask daily for 2 sugars On the side. One would think it's not difficult to put sugar i the bag plus a spoon to eat with . Also I ask for salt and pepper for my egg sandwich which I never get. The French fries are cold and have been sitting in the box for what tastes like two days. Used to be a decent place. Pretty much sucks now when this happens on a daily basis. Rating for this McD is 0. Maybe send your help to McD in Lebanon to learn about good service.
