Food was cold and coffee was tasteless like drinking hot water not even that I ask for a cappuccino and got a latte and they heated up so hot I couldn’t end up drinking eat for at least 30 min and burnt my mouth on it. Obviously no one cares or know how to make coffee apart from a instant one from a jug and needs training asap
