“We are visiting family in Northallerton and decided tonight 19th February 2024 at approx 7.15pm to visit the new McDonald's on the Darlington Road .Omg what a bad experience .Only 2 couples sat eating 0 at tables yet trays of food sat on 3 other tables which sat there all the time that we were in there .Our food was only luke warm and we sat looking at an exploding full waste bin with paper napkins thrown on floor as well .Our food tray wasn't clean and table hadn't been wiped either .There were approx 5 members of staff in cooking and serving area and one guy walked in and out past waste food on table several times without picking it up .Such a shame for a new business but when we spoke to a member of staff about this he just blamed lack of staff but no one was doing anything so no excuse there .There was also no toilet tissue in 2 of the ladies toilets .Very disappointed for a new business that was so bad .Certainly won't be visiting again .”

“McDonald’s at joy rd and Merriman rd in Westland mi. This place is a disgrace. The amount of trans dysphoria that is employed at this location is disgusting. No joke, I think the manager looks for them to hire, it’s like she hits up the trans houses and recruits them. I know theirs at least 4 or 5 working there It’s gross. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮… I don’t want a “he she” handling my food. Something needs to be done about it.”

“We went to Oak Grove MO McDonald’s around 7:30 this evening. They claimed the McCafe machine was down. Truth is they didn’t want to work. We drove by the window and 3 teenagers was laughing and standing around. We took our business across the street to Scooters. This location has gone downhill for awhile now.”

“I went to McDonalds in Colorado Springs a week before Christmas. No Christmas present. Heavy Metal music playing. Not just no Christmas but an obvious anti Christmas present. I am tired of anti Christian and anti American companies. I lost my appetite and wanted to dump the food in the trash on the way out the door. I will never contribute to the profit of McDonalds ever again. Not even if I’m starving.”

“Ordered 20 pc mcnuggets, and two fries,, one order of fries was warm, not the other. The nuggets were cold and tough!! Picked up at Benton location. Worst meal I've had!! Won't be going back🤬”

“Ordered through Mac d app nasi lemak with spicy chicken, when reach drive thru, was advise to take regular instead of spicy cause spicy needs 30 minutes, so I agree to take regular one. Rice was so bland and different from the previous one that I had, chicken was not hot and cold, worst nasi lemak I ever had. Those days their nasi lemak was good and with spicy fillet chicken, that was good.”

“The McDonald's located in 79 0 9 Westfield boulevard Avenue is one of the best McDonald's. You could ever come because they treat you like family here and it reminds me of my family at hthey are I'm point where you stuff and it's very clean. And nobody bothers you here I feel welcome. “Provided my Veteran's ID to obtain breakfast on Veteran's day at the Fulton Rd Canton location. Supposedly a free _meal was be offered for Veterans who served our counrty for the benefit and freedom of this nation as a gesture of appreciation. The manager did not educate his employee and upon receiving my card asked what it was. The manager rudely said just "give em the food and get 'em the hell outta here". His obvious low level of intellect, lack of professionalism, and treating people who have actually done something commendable in a poor manner is worth his discharge... please explain to him that means he should be let go. God bless the USA”

“Went to the McDonald's at 9251 E Shea Blvd Scottsdale AZ 85258 today November 11th for the Veteran's Day Special which was a free combo breakfast or lunch meal and drink. The lady at the counter did not know about the special and asked the manager. She said we don't do that. Showed her on google how McDonald's was offering this special. She said it stated Participating locations and again said we don't do that. Not very professional or polite. Could have easily said we are sorry but we are not offering this promotion at this location. Will not go to this location again.
