“Food was cold and coffee was tasteless like drinking hot water not even that I ask for a cappuccino and got a latte and they heated up so hot I couldn’t end up drinking eat for at least 30 min and burnt my mouth on it. Obviously no one cares or know how to make coffee apart from a instant one from a jug and needs training asap”

“Everytime I go lately they screwed up . 1st time they left me at curb side for 40min for a frappe n I would of waited longer if I didn't call from the car. Last night I ordered my son went to pick it up n they couldn't find my order my son had to come home n get me. I went there with the receipt on my phone showing I ordered it n paid for it. It is always something at this location”

“My question is , aren’t kitchen staff supposed to wear gloves while preparing food? Zeerust shop were handling orders with bare hands . Correct me if I’m wrong but is this in line with safety standards??”

“I was picking up an order from McDonald's Bear Delaware staff members we're helping each other which was a delight to see considering how the customer service is not that well in other McDonald's but this one was exceptional the lady acknowledged me and let me know it would be a minute for me to pick up my order which I appreciate it plus she was moving so fast trying to help everybody at one time I believe her name was Aisha I can't remember but it was around 2:00 yesterday afternoon 7/20”

“I ordered my morning senior coffee with 3 cream as usual, and I usually order a small ice water(FREE). Today I ordered my senior coffee but got a med ice water. If you could call it that. Charged 15 cents and not enough ice to really count. Now I know when I order a medium or large pop, they fill the sucker up with over 3/4 ice! McDonald's you can do better.”

“McDonald’s overcharged me. I had a coupon. BOGO which they claim the honor but then they charge me for two items. After multiple contacts and directions they kept putting me off and did not in any way honor their obligation to correct this overcharge.”

“I gave a bad review for the McDonald's for messing up my order and today I deleted it. I ordered my usual and coffee is included with cream and sugar but it showed as I ordered it black. Well the girls working new I always get it with cream and sugar so before giving it to me she asked. Thank you for great service. The day my order was messed up was not the usual group working and that is probably how my order got messed up. I thought they didn't pay attention to things but clearly they do. Great job.”
