“Wrong delivery Went to the restaurant, manager aggressive Still shouted at me leaving the restaurant whilst I was trying to say I’m not rude to anyone . He kept shouting non stop. He’s a manager . Seemed to want an argument. Replaced food , poor and cold Will not use them again”

“The McDonald's at 17850 NW 57th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33015, consistently falls short in terms of service quality. It’s incredibly frustrating that their ice cream machine is frequently out of order, likely to avoid the inconvenience of cleaning it. Furthermore, the wait times are unacceptably long, detracting from the overall experience. I sincerely hope they can address these issues and enhance their service soon.”

“The burgers in Britain are disgusting now, not edible. I spit it out when I try to eat eat, I always loved the burgers from mcdonalds. But now the burgers are the most disgusting thing that I have ever tasted. I'm not going back unless they got back to the way the burgers used to be, edible and delicious... Not inedible and truly revolting.”

“They didn't give me my sundae because they "couldn't serve me because it had been 15 minutes after I had ordered," which is probably one of the stupidest policies I have ever heard! If I could give them 0 stars I would this is the worst experience I've ever had at and establishment!🤬”

“Very disrespectful manager, it was 1030 as i arrived and they did not accept my service as they turned me away saying they had no one working like 5 people in the background just stood and look at me, the manager was very distasteful as her name was Karlene.”

“They refuse to take your money after you sit in drive thru and wait 15 minutes. Very rude when telling me they couldn't accept a $50 bill, unless I wanted to make my total higher. What difference does it make. Either you can take it or not. Simple. Called to speak with the GM and she was no better than the drive thru. Very very rude. Guess my money isn't good enough for them. I will never go back there. I will also be contacting corporate office.”

“I asked for freshly cooked double fish sandwich meal. The fish and fries were not freshly cooked. I asked for substitute sugar for the unsweetened tea, it was not in the bag. This was a bad experience for a meal that cost me almost $11”

“Went to chirk McDonald on the 25th May on our way home from South Wales at 20 :45 we placed our order through the drive thru.my order of twenty chicken nuggets , one big Mac meal deal ,and one crispy chicken meal deal we where asked to go and park in the waiting bay and waited for about one hour asked staff who where delivering food about our order to which they said they will check on it in the end I went in and asked staff about my order as every car behind me had there food order. to which came their reply we are cooking your fries now and went behind the screen and then sent someone else out with my order no apologies what so ever it wasn't that busy and our chicken nuggets and bud Mac and crispy were all cold the only thing that where hot was the fries”

“by a man who should’ve gone home hungry the neon M flickered like it knew it had no business being this proud. inside, the air smelled like tired oil and teenage indifference. a kid with acne like bullet holes asked what I wanted like I was interrupting his dream of anywhere else. I said, “Big Mac. No onions. Coke. Large fries.” like it mattered. the meat tasted like regret pressed flat under the weight of forgotten ambition. the bun was soft like the lies we tell ourselves when we say this is the last time. fries were golden in the same way dying sunlight is golden before it disappears. I ate in my car. watched a couple fight in the drive-thru line— God’s theater, performed nightly under sodium lights. nothing fills you up at McDonald’s. you chew, you swallow, you go home emptier than you arrived. still, I’ll be back tomorrow. five stars.”
