“This McDonald's at 4000 Powder Mill Rd in Beltsville MD needs to improve their customer service especially the MGR that was on duty, rude no smiles no thank you nothing but sour faces, I have worked in fast food all of my life and I have always have had the pleasure of being very helpful to customer's even though they appear to be having a bad day, I've always tried to make the customers day better for them, please improve your customer service, make someone's day, do better....”

“Exceptional Customer Service by Prasanna – McDonald’s ECR Palavakkam Dear McDonald’s Team, I am writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Prasanna at your ECR Palavakkam location. At around 9:45 PM, I walked into McDonald’s, and despite it being late at night, Prasanna greeted me with a warm smile and took my order with such enthusiasm. Over the past 10 years of visiting McDonald’s in India, I have never come across an employee who genuinely enjoys their job as much as Prasanna does. His positivity and energy were truly refreshing. The smile he carried while serving was everything, it made the experience memorable and showed his passion for customer service. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but also spreads happiness while doing it. Even at the end of a long shift, he continued to serve with the same level of dedication, which is highly commendable. I sincerely hope McDonald’s ECR Palavakkam recognizes Prasanna for his fabulous service. He truly deserves the Best Employee of the Month/Year award. Employees like him set a great example and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Thank you Prasanna and I wish him all the best in his career and hope to see him grow within the brand, perhaps even as a manager one day! Thank you for fostering such incredible team members who make a real difference.”

“Every time I go to McDonald's on upper court st Binghamton it doesn't matter how many cars are in drive thru they always pull u up so it doesn't count against there drive thru time this is ridiculous I'll b sitting waiting for 20 minutes at a time this needs to b addressed they make there drive thru time look great but the customer suffers smh”

“All I really want from McDonald’s is for someone to eay thank you to me. Is that too much to ask? I could spend my hard earned money at Chic Fil A and be appreciated. It is so easy to say thank you.”

“"I recently visited McDonald's and had a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets but only received 16. On top of that, I ordered a wrap with everything except mayo, and they completely messed it up! I only got chicken and lettuce—no bacon at all. It’s frustrating when you’re looking forward to a meal and it doesn’t come as expected. Definitely not happy with my order this time!!”

“I had ordered a sausage & egg biscuit sandwich cuz i had been craving one. I got to work, & when i opened it up, it was a bacon & cheese on english muffin. Besides the fact that they f'd up my order, there was only 1 piece of bacon. Not 1 whole slice, 1/2 of 1 slice of bacon, thats it. So, it was mainly a egg & cheese sandwich; which is the last thing on earth id ever order. It just wouldve been nice if they wouldve given me what i wanted & ordered, cuz it started my day off kinda crappy.”

“The food was great, they even included an extra cookie that I didn’t order. However I received a coupon for a small free item of my choosing, and when I checked the expiry date it’s dated for December of LAST year. What am I supposed to do with an already expired coupon?”

“Everytime I go to Pea Ridge McDonald’s if manager Cheyenne is managing I always have to pull forward and wait for my food. There’s no apology for the wait it’s just we are waiting for whatever I order I need you to pull forward or to spot whatever. I understand the wait sometimes but not everytime she is managing.”

“recently tried the new Mac Veg Burger introduced in Brampton, Ontario, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The burger lacked any real flavor, leaving me wondering if I was eating cardboard. The texture was off, and the overall experience was underwhelming. It's definitely not worth the hype or the price. I was expecting a tasty, satisfying veggie burger, but instead, I got something tasteless and forgettable. Definitely not something I'd recommend.”
