“Went to McDonald’s in amory ms we ordered 2 double cheeseburgers only ketchup and pickles get home they put onions on it the employees need to be working and paying attention instead of hanging their heads out of the drive-through window vaping and then when you called the manager, she act like she don’t care they need to do better”

“I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at your Livingston branch on March 14th around 8 pm. After a long journey with my children, I ordered six meals, paid in full, and was told the wait time would be 10 minutes. I raised concerns with the staff, and a manager assured me it would be no longer than five minutes, but the wait continued beyond that. When I collected the order, it was incomplete—missing a burger, fries, and drinks. I called the store, but was only told I would receive a refund when I was in the area. No apology was offered. The drinks were also flat and unpalatable. When I called again, the supervisor was dismissive and refused to give her name or take responsibility. I request: A full refund, as promised, without requiring me to come to the store. A formal apology from the managers for their rude and unprofessional behavior. Until these issues are resolved, I will not return to McDonald’s, and I will leave this review up. It’s disheartening that a global brand could fail to provide basic customer service, especially in my own country. I hope this matter is addressed promptly.”

“I stopped at the McDonald's in Two Harbors MN. And picked up two fish sandwichs that were on sale for $6 for 2. I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in a few years because of a bad fish sandwich and the two I got today tasted fine but they are far from crispy like the commercial said they would be. Guess I should have gone somewhere else.”

“The location I love to visit in the morning is on West University Avenue, Gainesville FL, where the people are friendly, helpful, hard working, accurate, and work together well even on special orders. I am talking about the morning crew. They are awesome! The restaurant is always clean when my husband and I come in to eat. Nice music, and I love the team. Clarence, added special items for my oatmeal. What a nice gesture. I do not know all their names. I love visiting this location in the morning.”

“I just bought a sausage McGriddle and a hash brown, and I have to say, the McGriddle had no taste of the usual sweetness and the hash brown had a strange after taste to it. What happened to McDonald’s? I don’t understand why you’re sacrificing good taste. 😞😞😞 I guess I’ll start making my own breakfast.😞”

“Went to Great North McDonalds in Benoni at around 20hrs and was served by Meisi Mokgwadi. Honestly, the service at this McDonalds is exhilarating, out of this world I should admit. As a traveler who’s been to so many McDonalds both in the country and outside SA, Meisi's outstanding service deserves a shout out. She was polite and offered serving options with a smile. I enjoyed her swift service till our parting. I hope the management team acknowledges such employees as these are the kinds that create chrishable moments for customers at McDonalds. “7 times out of 10 they always get the orders wrong on even some of the simplest things. the works also have attitudes sometimes which is weird. but the food is pretty good when they do it RIGHT.”
