“I pull in around 11:30pm and because it was so close to closing they were upset that I asked for fresh food and my drink was tasting like carbonated water so I sent back and she became rude and so did I , if I’m spending my money I want what I pay for my way.. she then proceeded to say I hate a entitled customer…. WOW”

“Every single time I go to McDonald’s I order a hamburger and I tell them NO CHEESE. Every SINGLE time they put cheese on it. But they put it in correctly because the receipt on the box for the burger says NO cheese, but the people that make them are absolute idiots!!!!!!!”

“Service is slow as always. It takes a long time in the drive thru for someone to take your order even when you're the only car in line. I gave the code for my order and it showed that it was accepted. The worker said it didn't give me the discount and the worker was rude. The manager promo the order and sent me on my way. This McDonald's has HORRIBLE AND SLOW service ALWAYS. This location is definitely not FAST Food!!!!”

“Horrible customer service. I made an order which they didn't give me what I ordered. Then she told me to drive around and reorder. What kind of service is that? I will never visit this establishment again and will discuss with my employees never to stop at this location. I can't deal with rude people and no one should”

“I cannot with a clear conscience give McDonald's any more business after I realized that the a burger called the angel Reese special. How is it possible that someone so divisive and such a dirty player could even be considered for having a burger named for them? Sorry McDonald's but you lost me as a customer after over 50 years”

“Since McDonald’s went to ordering only on the kiosk I have not been back. I tried to do it and just do not understand it. An employee tried to help me. When I had trouble understanding she treated me very badly. By the way I am 80. When they went to this did they consider there are a lot of older people and people with intellectual disabilities that can not do this.bev.”

“I used to LOVE McDonald's strawberry milkshakes. They used to taste like they actually had some real fruit in them. Hadn't had one in a few years... because I very seldom eat the high- garbage at a fast food restaurant.. Had a "wild hare," and went to a McDonald's in Winter Park, Florida, yesterday (February 5th, 2025), and ordered one. OMG, but it was HORRIBLE - and tasted like nothing but chemicals ! I mean it was really, REALLY BAD. Boy, they sure went all to heck, since the last time I had one of those...and I certainly won't EVER waste my $5 (or thereabouts) on one of their milkshakes, ever again - NOPE, not this chick !”

“Mobile order wrong as usual. Ordered bacon quarter pounder..added lettuce and tomato... no tomato and no bacon. Fries were terrible, they were undercooked. And i picked my free bday item and that was also missing. Mcdonalds on canoe creek in st. Cloud, fl is absolutely terrible..the workers were standing around laughing with the manager while looking at her cell phone. Quality of the food was disgusting. Threw it in garbage and made pizza. Will not return there again.”

“Ordered ahead on the app, food was not ready when I arrived at the store. Waited for someone to greet me. They could not make the McFlurry I ordered so I had to then wait for them to make a shake instead. Got to the parking lot and the Sprite was out, then went in and waited another five minutes to be helped to have my drinks swapped out with a different one. Someone took the order and never came back. Sadly West Sugar Creek has it together better than this location. If I could give zero stars, I would overall waited 20 minutes for an order that was placed ahead were they fully staffed store”
