“I just left McDonald’s. I looked at my fish sandwich because it was so messy. 1/2 piece of cheese that was hard. My daughter pulled her Big Mac out and it was half w My Out of the box. I don’t understand why the workers don’t try. There wasn’t a line or people inside waiting.”

“McDonalds never gets an order right no matter what state you’re in. McDonald’s needs to hang it up or send your staff to Chick Fila school where they NEVER mess up an order and they know how to treat customers. So disappointed in McDonalds. I only eat there when I’m desperate.”

“We just received our macdonald from barton dock road which is in asda the packaging of the food was shocking it was all squashed just look like scrunched all the packaging together and on triple cheese burger, also we ordered a chicken sandwich there was far too much mayo on it he was seeping out the chicken burger dripping everywhere . And then the chicken select should have come with dips but didn't come with any whatsoever even though we did other them really not impressed with the packaging whatsoever.”

“I would never work at this location at all the so called survivor is very rude and unprofessional she always yelling and getting rude with the employer I think her name is KRISTINA please beware of this place. I don't think the owner Eric Larson knows what actually happened there Kristen let's employees smoke weed and come to work high go on break and get high and don't say anything about it that just not professional at all. Please don't work here I wish that Eric Larson would actually look at the reviews and take drug test for the employees The kids that work here get treated badly at that”

“McDonald's SUCKS.. STOPPED SELLING THEIR STRAWBERRY CREAM PIES 2-4 WEEKS AGO . THEY SUCK..I BOUGHT 2-4 PIES 4-5 A WEEK. ..SO NOW I BUY MY STRAWBERRY CREAM PIES AT "SPEEDWAY " THEY ARE GREAT, COFFEE IS AWESOME, " DID I SAY THAT "MCDONALD'S" SUCKS ...SUCKS..." SUCKS , SUCKS !!!! STILL SUCKS"!!!”

“Every time we order from any macdonalds we have missing items. Today they left off all of the hash browns from our breakfast order. The bags are checked and sealed and yet they still get it wrong. The time before they left out my sons chicken nuggets from his happy meal. I don't understand how they can get it so wrong almost every time I place a delivery order. It's not just me this happens to. All of my friends and family have the same problem when placing an order to be delivered.”

“I love McDonald's but for the past 5 times I,ve gotten the filet-O-fish it's been terrible. 1st time: cold meal 2nd time no hollandaise sauce 3rd time no cheese 4th time burnt fish and burnt cheese 5th time way too much hollandaise sauce that it was leaking out of the box. McDonald's I love your food in general so here's a tip: if you want a five star review from me.... THEN DO FU*KING DAMN BETTER NEXT TIME! Also forgot to mention the fries are always cold and soggy with no salt every single time. They even taste like bioengineered chemicals. Very disappointing. Do better.”

“DISGUSTING !!!!!! Always COLD ! Who wants to eat a cold burger ? The burger is like a bit of shoe leather , revolting ,tasteless and the chips are floppy and nasty instead of nice and fresh . Ive had takeaways in london and Hertford , eaten in and out …. Just yuck ! Should close down in my opinion and no amount of their stupid adverts are going to change their food !!!!!!!”

“Every time I go there which is not very much if I forget to check order it's wrong funny how they don't accidentally put more in. It's always less. 20.00 $ a hour and they can't even raise a order.”

“PSA: unless you like someone arguing with you or being rude to you, making your child cry, or if you enjoy your food coughed on…avoid McDonalds on Missouri Avenue and Jasper street. The manager Jose, is the one that is causing issues. This is now the 6th issue we have had. We are no longer giving this McDonald’s our business. It started out as just him being curt, (which I chalked up to we all have a rough day, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt); escalated to staff calling me crazy lady because I counted my change wrong and missed giving them a nickel (she said it on the microphone to other employees in Spanish; I speak Spanish by the way!); escalated to him and staff being rude and laughing (making us question the safety of the food); escalated to him arguing with my child until she was crying over a cup she wanted to buy; escalated to him sneezing and coughing all over the equipment he used to ring up the order in the drive thru, then laughing with a staff member as I drove away. I actually had said bless you and I’m sorry you have to work while you are sick? He said, “they don’t care”. I said your manager makes you work while sick and he began laughing. I actually have safety and harassment concerns at this point because I called the store to complain to his manager and he refused to give me any information, other than he is the manager. He used the caller id to call me back without my consent, and began arguing with me. I have also seen him walk past my house on several occasions. I have reported to corporate but am now afraid of retaliation! Please be careful and stay away from this. Location. Store number 6665. 1590 Missouri Ave! I have the receipt and pictures of his calls; if McDonald’s is interested in more investigation!”

“Went are on the inside and we have to wait 30 minutes to get the we ordered is not ok. You are a fast food company and all your McDonald's need to do better. It is the same in midland and in Sanford and in gladwin michigan. Your side order have to wait for 20 to 30 minutes to receive their food and it is cold when it is given to the customer. Another of the staff has a bad attitude went a customer say their food is cold.”
