“It is 4:50 pm they took almost 10 minutes to bring out a frappe. This always happens to me. Im tired of this, why don't you get new managers and staff since they are very rude if you said anything to them.”

“I was at this location this morning on my way to work and I was taken care of by Roxanne, I was genuinely in shock with how fast she moved and yet while also being extremely polite. She made coffee so fast it was like she could do it in her sleep!! I was genuinely stunned. I only wish Starbucks would hire her. I hope she is recognized for her hard work and kindness!”

“First,it was early evening and the store had 4 inside customers and 1 car in the drive thru in front of me. After placing my order the drink sizes were incorrect,as were the contents of the beverages. I was shorted a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich,the fries were sad and half empty ( as seems to be with any fast food chain outside of Chick-fil-A) I had to return to the restaurant ( loosely named a restaurant) to get my sandwich and correct the beverage; which was a dangerous task with the rain on their store walk way, dangerously slippery and get the beverage from the in-store dispenser,also very slippery and the waste receptacle is back by the front door, directly across the store from the drink dispenser area. Another slippery adventure just to get the correct beverage. I was offered NO compensation for anything. The staff was not rude however for almost a $30.00 order;that's about 3 hours of their personal work hours ;to pay for the meal I had ordered, I am certain they would have been very displeased with the experience if they had been the ones paying and driving for this sad experience. They required a receipt witch I did have, but on my return to my home the number on the receipt ( 26 digit code) for a satisfaction survey would not take. Almost like they had removed it from the system, therefore I could not leave a negative review. Why do they do things like that, if you don't see the negative review you can not strive to make your store a desirable location to frequent. There is another one across Wilson that I will use from this moment on. I simply can't understand between 2 locations , about 5 miles apart, there is such a difference in management ability and the ability of their staff to create a better experience for the customer.”

“I ordered cheeseburger( no pickles, onions or mustard)(add cheese) for my kid. Surprisingly, he got a burger with pickles, onions and mustard, but without cheese. Unacceptable! He was not happy about this!”

“Every time I order from McDonald's anymore we are always missing a item and most the time our sauces for our nuggets. My kids then suffer because it ends of being there stuff. They don't like to keep there frappes going and rip you off on your french fries! So sad how poorly they do and how much they show they don't care. McDonald's is already expensive enough anymore! This time we was missing my 7 year old double cheeseburger. :(”

“Everytime we come to McDonald's they never have frappes smoothies or orange juice. If I could of given them a minus start I certainly would have they don't even deserve the one star in my opinion. I use to be a customer who would come daily for a caramel frappe and the last month or so still no frappes or even orange juice like seriously. Very unhappy with McDonald's I will never ever come back again lost a good customer forever!!!!! I will go get my coffee fix from Dunkin donuts from now on.”

“I live right around the corner from this location the service is always horrible at night time the fries we're not fresh they were hard like little sticks and mostly all of the employees that work at night time they got the nastiest attitudes when you come during the daytime the service is like night and day during the daytime the service is always prompt the food is always good but at night time they got the nastiest attitudes the services horrible at night time half the time the credit card machine ain't working they always talking about we only accepting cash”
