“the mcdonald’s in cape coral at 1222 cape coral parkway. the staff is very rude and act like your bothering them. waited 15 mins before i even got to order and the food came cold and didn’t even give me napkins in the bag. when i asked for some or ketchup everyone was rude. they weren’t even busy.”

“I went inside McDonald's located across from Greenspoint Mall area where the bus 85, 102 & 99 arrive & ordered a medium Hi-C beverage. While waiting for my beverage to come from the drive through area I see a young man handling food. I then look @ his appearance. His hat is turned 🔙 backwards, his work pants are hanging off his rump, although he had on clean underwear he was color coordinated Lol 😂. I seen his black drawers I'm country so that's how I talk. He was in his phone showing another coworker something. I took a picture of it to prove excuse my French I am not pissing on you & telling you that it is raining per say! Then I go into the ladies restroom 🚻 & it was nasty 🤢. From the trash bin to the toilet. I also took pics. Then as I was washing my hands that same young man didn't knock on the ladies door he just opened the door 🚪 then apologized & said oops! " He stated that he was trying to check ✅ to see how it looked in there as far as appearance ". I said let me finish washing my hands then you can check. He waited outside in the dinning area 😔 until I had finished.SMH. Something needs to be done about the whole situation.”

“I always enjoy their food, but they can't get the simplest order correct at the drive through. I've ordered only three pieces and hard to believe that one was missing. This is not a one time situation, it happens frequently.”

“On 15/8/24 I have placed the delivery order on 17:52pm and wait untill 19:15pm , my order is not here yet. I call up mc Donald's hotline and they said that the store manager will call me back but no call from them. Second time call up and keep asking me to cancel my order if I can't wait. I would say that this is the worst service since I order mc delivery weekly and never have mc Donald's again. Very disappointed on their services.”

“Hey Everybody!!! The McDonald's on Rt.3 in Gambrills MD. is The Best!!!! (Careful,...it sits back in the cut as you're approaching I-97 north). The evening crew is Off Da Chain!!! I ordered a #3, Large Double Quarter Pounder Meal with a Large Coca Cola,..and believe me when I tell you,... The Burgers were Larger than the Bun, and tastes live a Real Burger!!! Their Fries were Hot and every last one was seasoned!! (They use Powdered Salt) This also had to be the STRONGEST Coca Cola I've ever gotten from a McDonald's...it stayed strong and flavorful until the last drop for over 30 minutes!!! What kind of Soft Drink Machine are they using??? True McDonald's Quality at it's Best!! Go Check Them Out!!! 😂😂😂👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😋😋😋❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“So we went to McDonald's today and we got every but the medium fries but when I told them we was missing the fries she said we had it but we got the 2 cheeseburger meal which is missing so therefore. If u wanna eat here always check your food because this is 5 town snow that they haven't gave us what we ordered they should be fired”

“I get that McDonald's Barrhead #41198 hasn't been open long... but... I'd think that a PLAIN burger with cheese only shouldn't be hard to make. Two days ago I ordered thru drive thru and got home to find that one of the workers had put onions on my burger, must have realized their error so they scraped most of the onions off and then gave it to the paying customer as a plain burger. My dogs ate well that night. Then today.... again plain McDouble with cheese. I got a loaded burger. Staff were very pleasant when I returned it. Waited another 5 minutes for the correct burger just to get to my car and find I paid for a McDouble and got a single. But at least it was plain. I advise anyone ordering here to check, check and check again that you get what you paid for. Dairy Queen down the road is looking really good right now.”

“Went to McDonald’s in wake forest NC. Saw there was a crispy chicken sandwich on the menu. Being a big fan of Chic fil a I thought I’d give it a try. Well it was the most disgusting thing I’ve eaten in a long time. It was undercooked , chewy ( like it was taken out of freezer and cooked quick) but not all the way through, so gross. My dog almost didn’t want it. Total waste of money!! So bad I had I had share my review.”
