Several bad experiences. McDonalds has really gone downhill in the US. We use the drive thru, not the mobile app. McDonalds fries are always cold and not fit to eat. Their sandwiches are usually cold and greasy, too. McDonalds never gives customers napkins with their meals anymore, unless you specifically ask! Sometimes they forget to provide straws, too. The crispy chicken sandwich comes plain on a burnt toasted bun, with two dried up pickle slices; No cheese. No ketchup. No mustard. No tomato. No lettuce or onion. Please order a reliable McChicken instead, a much better value for your money and At least it comes with lettuce and mayo, and has some flavor.
