I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget a large fry and a large coke. I alway ask for 5 packs of ranch and I know I have to pay for them. I asked the person for 5 packs and I was told I could only get 1 so I told her I would pay for the other 4. She totally ignored me and necer put it on the prder. When I got to the window for my food I explained that I had ordered 4 extra packs of ranch and they were not put on the order. I handed him a dollar for the 4 packs since they have always been .25 each. He said they are .50 and he would give me 2 more. I told him I wanted 4 and proceeded to give him another dollar but he closed the window then came back a d pretty much shoved the 4 packs at me. I cannot believe what the customer service has become. Workers are rude. I understand it is fast food but it is also the job they accepted so do it nicely. Its not hard to be nice
