On 477 mc Thornton heath have a sift manager and her name is varusha she are giving really bad customer service like are talking rude to the customer and I’ve been see her talking bad to the drivers very rude. if she’s keeping like this I will record and I post on social media. Is not the first time is not the second. Is hundreds. Please try to review her behaviour with customer, employees and drivers otherwise I will try to find the owner and I will have a talk with him about this situation. Regards
