Went to McDonald's at 9915 Watson Rd. Crestwood Missouri tonight 6/3/2024 @ 8:00 p.m. looked like a ghost town. I pulled up and ordered a M&M Mcflurry it showed up on the screen. I asked if they had the cookie crumble for the Grandma Mcflurry (as they have not had on a previous visit), the person taking the order said yes, but then said all of a sudden they had no ice cream. Wtf? You literally put my first Mcflurry on the screen. I said I came to get ice cream for my dogs birthday, the condescending rude person who was raised by trash stated she was excited for me but realized there was no ice cream, then laughed loud on the speaker. No you didn't want to do your job because no-one was in the drive thru. You have waited on me many times and can't get the orders right, so why did I think you as privileged human would tell the truth. When you hire trash to sit around, you produce garbage results in your establishment. Kirkwood MO McDonald's as the employees treat customers with respect and are not habitual liars.
