Twice I have had a problem with my order at McDonald’s while ordering through the drive through. Both times I have not realised until I have already got home so have raised the complaint on line. Neither time have they offered to reimburse me for their mistakes which I find really bad customer service. They just acknowledge complaint and send through to the store involved.
