Ordered McNuggets at the drive through and when I was at the window to pick up I asked for chilli dip and was refused, I was told it was 20pence more so I offered to pay against my better judgement only to be told I am unable to pay now.i asked how long they have been charging for sauce and was advised “always” I said well I certainly have never been charged before or refused, the staff member didn’t seem to care and had a bad attitude, I doubt I will be going to McDonald’s again. Also when I got home and opened my meal it also contained someone else’s order,not very efficient.
