Menards customer service is a joke. We spent $30k there in the last year. We purchased a lawnmower,weed eater and a backpack blower all in the same day the weed eater worked once, the blower worked 3 times and they will not stand behind the merchandise they sell. Lowe’s and Home Depot neither one gives you any hassle over anything you return they replace it or give your money back.
