Went in to redeem birthday gift and buy a few things. Employee to me to get gift at checkout. I brought my items to checkout and showed the gift coupon and she told me I had to get it at service couter but had to get it before checkout so walked over to service counter with cashier and after a bit of cofusion the service person told me it is on the other end of the store so of course I did not get it. Looks like the giift is just a gimmick to get you in store. Dissappointed! Chekout slip 3723 8/07 amanda
