On Sept 2nd 2025, I purchased lumber and exit the gate.
The gate keeper made an humiliated comments, "I have to count lumber pieces since I don't trust you!." The way he sounded like I'm stealing.
Then the manager requested named Davena. She only listened to her subordinate and ignored my presence as if I'm not visible. She then counted with another helper. At the signing on pad before exiting, she stated that if I'm not happy then don't come back!
This is a terrible customer service I ever seen. This should be very damaging image for menards
