Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I should have read all the poor reviews online before ordering the sweatshirt for my son. My credit card was charged in full on 9-14-18, and as of today I still don’t have my item. I contacted their customer service over a week ago & Nicolas emailed me back & advised my street address was missing from the delivery address, so I’d have to wait until the item is returned to Moteefe so it could be shipped out again. I was in shock. First of all, when I placed the order it would not allow me to proceed without complete address info, so this problem is obviously either a glitch on their end or an attempt to take my money & run. Their customer service is refusing to respond to any of my inquiries about this situation, so it looks like I will have to work with my credit card company to get the charge reversed somehow, since it’s obvious Moteefe isn’t interested in fixing the problem or providing decent customer service. I have even gone to Facebook & Twitter trying to reach out to them that way, to see if anyone there will respond. It’s really ridiculous, and I am appalled any reputable company does business this way. What a huge disappointment. Future buyers beware of this company & their fraudulent practices. Please read all the negative reviews out there & you will definitely see a pattern.
