TOTAL SHAM! I ordered an item, in the beg of December for my Anniversary. I was told it would be here the 18th-20th. I didn't get tracking or shipping info at all. 20th came and went, and I emailed. They told me it shipped on the 20th. And would be here by the 24th the latest. My anniversary had come and gone, so I was like, okay, I'll have it as a Christmas gift. It never showed up. I emailed back on the 25h, and they said it shipped from their Europe Region because of the amount of orders, and would be here by Jan 7th. THIS IS A TOTAL SHAM AND ABSURD. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN A COMPANY IN DECEIT AND LIES. If i would've known, I wouldn't have ordered it. Now I demand my refund. ASAP. And I won't stop until I get it!!!!!! DON'T USE/ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!
