I ordered & received a cat print t-shirt. Unfortunately the print was very bad. I contacted support@moteefe.com who asked me to send a photo of the t-shirt. They immediately agreed to replace the t-shirt & also agreed to change the size which I had ordered incorrectly. There was a delay in the arrival of the replacement but having received it I find it is now EXACTLY what I wanted. The quality of the material and the print itself are excellent. The assistance I received from the customer support dept. was both friendly and prompt with no quibbles. Very pleased
